01What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember something between visits: that you're logged in, your preferences or which pages you visit. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.
The law (Art. 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI) allows technical cookies that are essential to provide a service you have requested to be used without asking permission. For all others, such as analytics cookies, your consent must be obtained before they are set.
02Cookies we use
No advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

03Google Analytics
Only if you click “Accept”, or turn on analytics under “Settings”, do we load Google Analytics 4. Before that nothing is downloaded from Google, and if you reject, nothing will be.
- What it measures: the pages you view, for how long, from what type of device and browser, from which approximate city or country and how you reached the website. We don't use it to identify you.
- Who provides it: Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Google may also process it in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- With what limits: Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address, and we have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation: the data is not used for advertising.
- Where it doesn't load: on the whistleblowing channel pages, even if you have accepted it.
Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.
04Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the website appears in Google search: which searches it shows up for and whether Google finds errors when reading it. It works with the search engine's own data and installs nothing in your browser.
05Changing your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we'll ask you again. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page, or right here:
If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and stop measuring your visit. You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…) or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
06Linked websites
The employee and employer portals (fervi.e-oer.com) and any other website we link to have their own cookie policy, which you should review when you visit them.
07If this changes
If we add other cookies that require your permission, we'll ask you again before setting them and update this page. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
